As our school hats are personalised and embroidered to order, they cannot normally be returned for a change of preference.

Please check your school, size and initials carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your hat arrives damaged, faulty, has incorrect embroidery, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange an appropriate solution.

If we made an error, we'll put it right.

Important

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
